Project Overview
CSC served as the Owner’s Representative and day-to-day construction manager for a $23 million wastewater treatment plant supporting McCain Foods operations in Carberry, Manitoba. The program included three concrete process containment tanks with biotreatment, plus mechanical, electrical, and civil/utilities coordination to Canadian safety standards. Our team led budgeting, value engineering, bidding, contractor selection, and QA/QC through turnover.
