Project Overview
CSC directed the design and execution of a technology clean room at 6320 S 190th Street in Kent, Washington. The scope included FM and UL–approved custom fire protection, mechanical, and electrical systems, integrated into existing MEP infrastructure. The project required continuous operations during construction, with coordinated permitting, phased inspections, and QA/QC oversight through turnover.
