CSC served as General Contractor for the historic Jackson Apartments, built in 1920. The program joined two buildings into one cohesive 70-unit residential structure through seismic retrofitting, modernization, and historic preservation.
Project Overview
The Jackson Apartments renovation delivered modern living standards while retaining the architectural identity of a century-old structure.
