Project Overview
CSC served as Owner’s Representative for the San Bernardino Wells Fargo program. Scope included high security office work, two structured parking garages, a Panera Bread ground up, multi tenant retail shell, and an $8.2M clean room tenant improvement. CSC coordinated permitting, inspections, schedules, phased turnovers, security systems, and contractor management.
