Project Overview

CSC served as Owner’s Representative with design build oversight for a McCain Foods processing program in Smithton, Tasmania. Scope centered on a temperature controlled potato storage warehouse and two new production and packaging lines. CSC led design coordination, value engineering, budget development, bid documents and contractor evaluations, safety adherence, and day to day construction management.
