Project Overview
CSC served as Owner’s Representative and CM support for dual scopes at 800 Market Street in St. Louis. The first scope was an approximately 2,500 ft² clean room and tech space with custom fire protection, mechanical, and electrical systems, delivered alongside nine floors of tenant buildout. The second scope was an office and culinary test kitchen program with a tasting lab. Work was phased to keep the remaining 22 floors open, requiring 24-hour coordination, safety planning, and careful contractor prequalification. The program finished on schedule and under budget with an RIR and LWIR of 0.00.
